One for the pan   Flagstaff Pickerel   Small mid summer Salmon

Family or private fly and spin fishing trips are available to local streams and ponds. Fish from canoe or shore at some of the quietest places around. Try your luck for pickerel, perch, trout or salmon. The action can be fast and furious or quiet and sedative.
Kennebego River casting  It's not always about the size, but the experiance.
The area is well known for fly fishing for trout and salmon. If you are a new to fly fishing, I offer low-key beginner trips to ponds or rivers.  On these trips we will work on your casting and fly presentation.  We mainly use dry flies.

Master Maine Guide Matt Tinker beautiful brook trout.    Local Landlock Salmon  The ice is out and the fishing is getting good. Here is Dave with a nice brookie close to 17".

During the spring and fall there are a few places to fish for trout with spinning rods.  There are both pond and streamside opportunities for you to try your luck at brook trout and also an occasional salmon.
On out trout fishing trips, many times we may fish right until dark so bring a snack.

Big Chain Pickerel  Flagstaff Yellow Perch Early morning pickerel.

For those just looking for a good time, or a family trip, we fish for perch and pickerel.  This is a great trip for those just looking to go catch fish.  We fish from canoes on the still morning lake and occasionally during the evenings.

Most fishing trips are 5 ½ - 6 hrs.

Maine fishing license required on all trips.
